Jesus Is Human

How human was Jesus? We have examined the divinity of Jesus and in this sermon Pastor Jeremy looks at the humanity of Jesus Christ. When we can grasp the humanity of Jesus we can develop a deeper appreciation for the willing sacrifice that he made on our behalf. Jesus understands our struggles and our weaknesses and serves as our high priest mediating on our behalf and restoring our relationship with our Heavenly Father.

Portions of this sermon were inspired by the book Vintage Jesus by Mark Driscol. Reza Aslan's book is called Zealot:The Life and Times of Jesus of Nazareth at the time of this recording I had only read the first chapter, but I will include a response in this series and will link to it here when it is ready.
